Neil Ridsdale

Managing Director

Neil joined the company in 2008 and is in charge of running Richter Automotive. Neil was originally a customer of Richter Automotive, when he worked at Hitchin Audi as a Parts Manager. Neil has over 25 years of motor trade experience.

Craig Atkinson

General Manager

Craig joined us as a Qualified Audi Master Technician and was also an Audi Service Manager. Initially, Craig joined in 2013 as a Technician and has now progressed to the position of General Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of Richter Automotive.

Rik Ruse

Operations Manager

Rik joined us in 2010, previously as a Parts Manager for a large Audi Approved bodyshop. Rik is responsible for general operations ensuring a smooth flow of work through the workshop, including ordering of parts, and liaising with our subcontractors.

Maxine Perry

Business Development Manager

Maxine has a wealth of motor trade experience, previously working in a large fleet operation. Maxine is responsible for managing both existing and new dealer and customer relationships along with managing our bookings diary.

Stuart Hendry

Operations

Stuart originally joined us as a webshop sales person and now works alongside Rik on operations. Stuart is responsible for getting the bodykits into paint etc and arranging all parts for the installs, along with the listing of removed parts on our Ebay Shop.

Mark Mills

Engineer

Mark has a wealth of experience previously working mainly on commercial vehicles and now specialises in a large number of accessories. Mark fits some of the ABT kits at base and is our specialist on our audio installs.

Holly Ridsdale

Trimmer

Holly predominantly carries out interior and trim work, from the trimming of seats in leather and alcantara to carpet lining of our VW Transporter builds, Holly also carries out some pre preparation to the bodykits and strips certain parts of the vehicles prior to the kit fitments.

Jelena Lalina MAAT, AATQB

Assistant Accountant

Jelena joined our dream team in 2022 and is responsible for our Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger. Jelena has a wealth of experience having previously worked directly for Volkswagen UK Accounts Team.

Carlos Morales

Technician

Carlos joined us in 2023 and covers all aspects of installs, from servicing and diagnostics, through to retrofits and kit fitments. Carlos previously worked for a VW Main Dealer in Tenerife bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team. When not at work Carlos enjoys tweeting and restoring his cars including his Classic Mini.

Max Brown

Trainee

Max joined the team recently, he is busy learning the ropes learning all aspects of the role, this includes preparation for kit, carpeting of panels, stripping of vehicles and running of wiring for our popular Audio upgrades, Out of work Max enjoys 5K Running, and also enjoys baking, (although he needs to work on his brownies).
