Neil Ridsdale

Managing Director

Neil joined the company in 2008 and is in charge of running Richter Automotive. Neil was originally a customer of Richter Automotive, when he worked at Hitchin Audi as a Parts Manager. Neil has over 25 years of motor trade experience.

Craig Atkinson

General Manager

Craig joined us as a Qualified Audi Master Technician and was also an Audi Service Manager. Initially, Craig joined in 2013 as a Technician and has now progressed to the position of General Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of Richter Automotive.

Rik Ruse

Operations Manager

Rik joined us in 2010, previously as a Parts Manager for a large Audi Approved bodyshop. Rik is responsible for general operations ensuring a smooth flow of work through the workshop, including ordering of parts, and liaising with our subcontractors.

Maxine Perry

Business Development Manager

Maxine has a wealth of motor trade experience, previously working in a large fleet operation. Maxine is responsible for managing both existing and new dealer and customer relationships along with managing our bookings diary.

Stuart Hendry

Operations

Stuart originally joined us as a webshop sales person and now works alongside Rik on operations. Stuart is responsible for getting the bodykits into paint etc and arranging all parts for the installs, along with the listing of removed parts on our Ebay Shop.

Mark Mills

Engineer

Mark has a wealth of experience previously working mainly on commercial vehicles and now specialises in a large number of accessories. Mark fits some of the ABT kits at base and is our specialist on our audio installs.

Will Murfin

Engineer

Will joined the team in 2018 and he covers a wide variety of installs, from equipment retrofits such as towbars, folding mirrors and cameras, through to full ABT installs, such as the RS6-R Limited edition. Will is a keen motorsport enthusiast and previously ran Honda Civics in the Time Attack Championship.

Liam Poppert

Engineer

Liam is a Qualified Audi Technician and he joined us recently an engineer. Liam covers all types of installs, from electronic retrofits, to the installation of our ABT bodykits. Liam also has some motorsport experience as a BTCC Mechanic, and has also been involved in producing customised vehicles previously.

Pete Danielewicz

Engineer

Pete is responsible for a wide range of installs here at Richter Automotive, from electronics such as trackers and cameras, through to the stripping of vehicles and preparation and fitment of the ABT bodykits.
