Neil Ridsdale

Managing Director

Neil joined the company in 2008 and is in charge of running Richter Automotive. Neil was originally a customer of Richter Automotive, when he worked at Hitchin Audi as a Parts Manager. Neil has over 25 years of motor trade experience.

Rik Ruse

Operations Manager

Rik joined us in 2010, previously as a Parts Manager for a large Audi Approved bodyshop. Rik is responsible for general operations ensuring a smooth flow of work through the workshop, including ordering of parts, and liaising with our subcontractors.

Mark Mills

Engineer

Mark has a wealth of experience previously working mainly on commercial vehicles and now specialises in a large number of accessories. Mark fits some of the ABT kits at base and is our specialist on our audio installs.

Holly Ridsdale

Trimmer

Holly predominantly carries out interior and trim work, from the trimming of seats in leather and alcantara to carpet lining of our VW Transporter builds, Holly also carries out some pre preparation to the bodykits and strips certain parts of the vehicles prior to the kit fitments.
